**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HR MANAGER**
As our HR Manager, you'll lead a dynamic role deeply integrated into our operations. Your daily tasks include strategic planning, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. Serving as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, your ability to balance business objectives, legal compliance, and employee needs is crucial. You'll collaborate across HR to deliver high-value services, navigate complex data, and foster a thriving work environment, shaping our organization's success with a collaborative, discreet approach.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within HR.
- A University Degree in HR or Business, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS, with specific experience in ADP preferred.
- Advanced HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred.
- Solid understanding of relevant Labour Law, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making in HR practices.
- Exceptional business acumen and a strategic understanding of how HR goals support business success.
- Knowledge of federal and relevant provincial labour laws.
