KMT Office Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage all clerical and administrative activities in the office-Highly motivated to take initiative of duties and organization of office.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules of clinicians
- Able to make phone calls and create relationships with clinics on behalf of KMT
- Able work under pressure and under mínimal supervision
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate and supervise office staff, including receptionists, clerks, and adm
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies and services
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the office is organized and maintained in a clean and professional manner
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiation
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of office staff
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
