Process Change Leader

Reporting to the Accuro Clinical Support Manager, the incumbent is responsible for process improvement and implementation of process changes.

**Representative Duties**

The incumbent will engage and direct, the efforts of multidisciplinary teams, and facilitate the strategic analysis of complex systems. Articulate, both verbally and in written analyses, recommendations for improvement to audiences of any level of staff and executive leaders. Leverage the opportunities presented by disruptive change.

The incumbent will also be responsible for some day-to-day system administration and end-user support of clinical and clerical systems.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Formal Education/Training:

- Completion of an undergraduate degree in a scientific, engineering or management discipline. A combination of education and experience may be considered.

**Experience**:

- Proven track record of process improvement and successful implementation of significant process changes, preferably in healthcare.
- Have led or participated in process improvement initiatives with standard software packages.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, facilitate and support cross functional teams and have advanced knowledge in process analysis and change management.
- Must possess an understanding of the role of information systems and information technology in enabling business change.

- Self-motivation with the ability to identify opportunities for change.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized and able to prioritize work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Possess excellent planning, organizational, project and time management skills.
- Must be comfortable working in different environments including an open office space, remotely and a clinic setting as required. Must be willing to travel to hospitals and clinics around the city.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $49.30-$55.66 per hour
