Responsibilities:

Lead the Collision Continuous Improvement Team at a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level Work directly with Operational Directors & Collision VP to identify areas of opportunities in collision centre performance Manage and allocate projects to various team members Oversee workflow within the CCIT team to ensure projects are completed on time  Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate goals and expectations  Hire, train and manage the CCIT team and their performance 

Requirements:

3 + years of management experience Must have a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Experience managing and executing continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques Proven track record of process improvements leading to increased performance Experience with change management in regard to implementing new processes Experience working in and/or with collision centres and their systems (Bodyshop Connect, Mitchell Connect, Qapter & Progi) is an asset, but not required Travel across Canada is required Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time management skills Must possess a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history Excellent verbal and written communication skills
