We are looking for a driven and dynamic Accountant to join and help grow our finance function.

This individual will play a significant role in Clearspace’s growing finance team. They will have oversight over the daily accounting function and will work directly with the Controller and Senior Accountant to build best-in-class processes while ensuring books are up to date and accurate. Moreover, they will also gain exposure to various other finance functions as well, including treasury and corporate finance.

**About the Deliverables**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts.
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generate ad-hoc financial reports as requested.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.

**About You**:

- 2-3 years of progressive experience accounting experience
- Process oriented and obsessive over details - you take pride in knowing all the details and ensuring accuracy
