RVA is seeking an experienced Billing Generalists to join their Finance and Accounting team in the Toronto office. This is a 12-month contract position.
Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Billing Generalist is responsible for a range of tasks, such as preparing and sending invoices to clients, addressing and resolving questions relating to invoices, and providing regular, accurate reports of billing data.
**Duties**:
- Prepare invoices using the Deltek system and electronic invoicing.
- Update Client’s Budget.
- Process and review Write-Off packages.
- Open project phases in Deltek.
- Process other data in Deltek as required.
- File Client’s contracts and agreements.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting from a university or a college is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office, including Intermediate proficiency with Excel.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision is an asset
- Must be a good team player and detail oriented.
