**About You**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Place outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify inbound leads using our company’s criteria
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates.
- Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and awareness of new products and services to accounts
- Thoroughly discuss customers’ needs and pain points, in order to sell WL software and demonstrate our value proposition.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
- Work with the company’s CRM Zoho to effectively manage and maintain all sales notes and customer interactions
- Draft and deliver proposals
- Become a champion of WL product through acquiring thorough knowledge of the product and the industry
- Work with other departments of the organization where required
- Be held accountable for personal and team sales goals, reporting on sales activities and KPI’s
- Provide feedback on ways to decrease the sales cycle, increase sales, and improve company brand and reputation

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years relevant sales experience
- Previous experience in a SDR/BDR role is an asset
- Comfortable with following talk-tracks. We've perfected our approach to customer interaction and want our AEs to succeed
- Strong customer service orientation and client facing experience
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Excellent communications skills - both in verbal and written correspondence
- Demonstrated success in a fast paced, quota driven environment
- Ability to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members of the organization
