**Position Summary**

**The Inside Sales Representative** is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by supplying parts to customers. This will require determining the customer’s needs through parts identification and effective communication. You will use catalogs both electronic and paper, and be able to effectively use our CSD ERP system for creating quotes and repair estimates, and the invoicing of parts and service.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Receive parts orders from customers in person at the sales counter and over the phone
- Accurately record received orders and inventory updates in the CSD ERP system
- Source and order parts from internal and external sources
- Troubleshoot and problem solve to determine customer needs
- Pick and package parts orders for shipping to customers
- Receive incoming parts stock orders and accurately warehouse them within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Follow all ISO 9001:2015 procedures
- Pick up and deliver parts to customers using a company vehicle when required

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a parts department or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with automotive, industrial, or heavy equipment parts is required
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and parts catalog systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using computer software, including inventory management systems, Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP systems is required
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with an ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently
- Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks as needed
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and other departments
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable Driver’s Abstract
- Forklift certification is an asset
