**What you will be doing**:

- Manage and respond to requests from Account Managers on behalf of customers for waste/recycling services.
- Build strong working relationships with our vendors to assist with resolving issues. Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to inquiries or requests from internal and external customers, as well as vendors.
- Process purchases from online store.
- Complete work order processing in a timely and accurate fashion
- Ensure best practices are followed, analyzes processes for better efficiency and makes recommendations for improvement and ensures KPIs are being met
- Carry out other related tasks and projects as assigned by Manager

**Is This You?**
- “Must Have” Skills/Experience:_
- Undergrad degree or diploma in Business
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in customer service in a call centre, logistics or retail operations
- Technical: MS Office, particularly Excel. ERP is an asset
- Comfortable with a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a changing, growing environment
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong working relationships internally/externally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated high level of initiative
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to build rapport and trust
- Excellent listenting skills
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to make sound recommendations
- “Nice to Have” Skills/Experience:_
- fluency in French or other languages an asset;
- Education: Additional courses specific to Customer Service would be an asset
