The Technical Services Project Coordinator works with our customers and their contractors as well as with our internal team to provide administrative support in preparation for and during installation of projects and facility start-up & shutdown trainings.

**Responsibilities**:
**For all projects**
- Provides information on progress of project and payments to the finance team during weekly update meetings.
- Completes all close out Documentation including completion certificates, warranties, etc
- Participates in close Out Meeting
- Follows up on customer service orders.
- Assists Manager in preparation of reports.

**For waterslide and elevation projects**
- Responsible for all communication with client pertaining to delivery dates, and general information required to complete the project such as installation drawing dates.
- Communicates with the internal drafting team to inform of project schedule and ensures that drawings are provided according to schedule
- Provides Anchors to Order Entry
- Responsible to flag non-conformities throughout the project and follow up on these.

**For training projects**
- Schedules start up and shutdown trainings for the field technicians.
- Participates in the coordination of Certified installer training

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Ability to interact with contractors and clients;
- Strong communication skills;
- Project management skills;
- Ability to manage time and priorities;
- Strong problem solving abilities;
- Ability to work in the context of varying business cultures;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills;
- Positive attitude and team oriented;
- Knowledge/experience in MS office;
- Fluent English and French spoken and written.
