About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Development Consultant to join our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our Business Services and Operations Team, you will be responsible for selling Randstad staffing solutions to prospective clients and attracting and screening top administrative talent to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow your database by building client relationships and prospecting new clients through telephone contact and scheduled personalized visits.
  • Maintain the business relationship/partnership with clients/companies and provide ongoing communication to determine clients' and prospective clients' hiring needs.
  • Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle from screening resumes to completing interviews and assessing the right candidates to fill open positions within a pre-determined time frame.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, science, arts, or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a natural sales ability.
  • 3 years plus experience in a sales-driven role (highly preferred but not mandatory).
  • Natural sales and business development skills with the ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, with a competitive bonus structure and full company-paid health and dental benefits. You will also receive 3 weeks of paid vacation to start, with an increase to 4 weeks after 2 years of service.
