Toronto, Canada H&W Development Corp. Full time

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- General Hours: 9AM-5PM for 4 days a week, 10AM-6PM 1 day a week
- On-site position in a partially complete condominium unit with heating for the winter months, remainder of project complex in various stages of construction.
- Post-occupancy customer service coordination. Ensure Occupancy processes are smooth for incoming owners.
- Manage Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), key turnover, initial occupancy procedures
- Overseeing and scheduling third party PDI Coordinators
- Supervise Customer Care Coordinators and/or Administrators to complete tasks
- Handling homeowner escalations from the Junior Coordinator and PDI Coordinators
- Escalating trade issues with the Customer Care Manager
- Assigning day to day tasks to tradesmen, technicians and coordinators
- Assisting Customer Care Coordinators with homeowners communications as required
- Ensuring all concerns, deficiencies or repairs are reported as well as serviced, scheduled and completed
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with purchasers, staff, trades, construction and suppliers
- Adhering to and enforcing Tarion Warranty Guidelines and HCRA requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**

1) Friendly, charismatic demeanor to interact with Purchasers, Brokers, Trades, and third-party stakeholders.

2) Ability to resolve clients inquiries, complaints in a timely and effective manner.

3) Being a ‘Morning Person’ is preferred. Flexible to accommodate last-minute changes in Client schedules.

4) Must hold a G-license and have access to a vehicle and ability to arrive on-site on time.

5) Strong attention-to-detail and memory to track daily occurrences and ensure Occupancy and Closing details are not missed.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
