**Delivery Manager**

The Delivery Manager is a key client-facing position that maintains our customer relationships and manages the efficient delivery of Portage CyberTech's professional and implementation services.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS solutions to clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer success, to ensure the successful implementation of our software solutions and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- **Project Delivery Management**: Lead and manage the delivery of SaaS projects, ensuring the timely and successful deployment of software solutions to clients.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.
- **Process Optimization**: Implement best practices, methodologies, and processes to drive efficiency, quality, and consistency across all delivery phases.
- **Resource Management**: Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring the right team members are assigned to the appropriate tasks.
- **Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clear and understood, and that the solution aligns with customer needs.
- **Client Onboarding and Support**: Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are well-supported during implementation and receive the necessary training.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, seeking ways to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance.
- **Reporting and Metrics**: Track and report on key delivery metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stages of the project.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 5+ years of experience in project management or delivery management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of SaaS products, project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and software development life cycles.
- **Skills**: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering solutions.
- **Client-Focused**: Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Ability to understand technical aspects of software delivery and collaborate effectively with development teams.
- **Tools & Software**: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and familiarity with SaaS platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
- **Industry Experience**: Experience working in a SaaS or technology-based company, particularly in customer-facing roles.
- **Education**: Undergraduate degree and/or college diploma and/or 10 years experience fulfilling the tasks outlined in this job description.
- ITIL foundation is desirable
- Fluently bilingual in English and French
