**General Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service while dropping off cases
- Deliver and pick-up light packages to our clients in all-weather/traffic conditions
- Assist in unpacking and packaging cases
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspection and routine maintenance on the vehicle
- Follow routes, deadlines and complete all required paperwork
- Drive the company vehicle following all road rules, speed limits and in a courteous manner as a representative of the company
- Assist in picking up/purchasing supplies locally for the office and the lab
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer problems, mechanical problems, or delivery problems

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience as a delivery driver
- Valid driver's license
- A clean driving record with no traffic violations
- Must be bilingual (French and English)
- Able to lift 50lb boxes as required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills Navigating knowledge of Gatineau, Ottawa and surrounding areas would be considered a strong asset

Si vous êtes un conducteur expérimenté avec un dossier de conduite propre, nous voulons avoir de vos nouvelles

**Responsabilités Principales**:

- Fournir un excellent service client lors du dépôt des dossiers
- Livrer et ramasser des colis légers à nos clients dans toutes les conditions météorologiques / de circulation
- Aider au déballage et à l’emballage des caisses
- Effectuer une inspection quotidienne avant le voyage et un entretien de routine sur le véhicule
- Suivez les itinéraires, les délais et remplissez tous les documents requis
- Conduire le véhicule de société en respectant toutes les règles de la route, les limites de vitesse et de manière courtoise en tant que représentant de l’entreprise
- Aider à ramasser / acheter des fournitures localement pour le bureau et le laboratoire
- Fournir des commentaires à la direction concernant les problèmes des clients, les problèmes mécaniques ou les problèmes de livraison

**Qualifications**:

- 2 ans d’expérience en tant que chauffeur-livreur
- Permis de conduire valide
- Un dossier de conduite propre sans infractions au code de la route
- Doit être bilingue (français et anglais)
- Capable de soulever des boîtes de 50 lb au besoin
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
- Mettre l’accent sur le service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Compétences de communication efficaces
- Naviguer dans la connaissance de Gatineau, d’Ottawa et des environs serait considéré comme un atout important
