**HOURLY RATE - $18.25**

**FULL-TIME HOURS**:

- 4-5 Shifts per week
- Shift work between 8am and 9pm
- ** Must be available for 1-week of on-site training at Blue Mountain Resort (Dec. 2-6, 2024)**

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

Contact Centre Agents sell and reserve lodging and recreation packages to potential guests via in-bound calls. We provide detailed information regarding all aspects of the resort and its offerings. As the "voice" of Blue Mountain, we service Fully Independent Travelers (FIT), conference guests and the general public.
- Selling and reserving lodging for leisure, group and conference guests.
- Selling season passes and gift cards.
- Consistently using the Blue Mountain Resorts sales script while striving to consistently achieve set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
- Providing accurate & detailed information and informing callers on resort offerings, inspiring exciting & transformational experiences.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Ability to thrives in a sales environment; some previous sales experience an asset
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience an asset
- Advanced computer skills: comfortable working with multiple systems and multi-tasking
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Articulate, with an excellent command of the English language
