What your day-to-day will look like:
- Create and manage purchase orders for different areas, such as leases, operations, and projects. Set up new vendors and handle invoicing. Monitor purchase order limits and ensure accurate financial tracking.- Coordinate and oversee inspections for the Edmonton vehicle fleet. Report and resolve operational and maintenance issues, including assessments and arranging repairs with vendors.- Manage workplace services inbox, handle service interruptions, and facilitate reservations for meeting rooms, workspaces, and more. Also, oversee short-term facility rentals for Edmonton staff and other locations.- Maintain supplies and inventory, handle mail and print services, and manage records using SharePoint for organized operations.- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, streamline processes, and optimize productivity.

What we’re looking for in you:
- High School diploma, registered in Office or Business Administration or equivalent experience is an asset.- Knowledge of budget process and procedures with strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Experience in administrative support, strong multitasking ability, and adaptability.- Effective problem-solving skills to resolve a variety of issues.- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Knowledge in Microsoft suite.- Knowledge in SAP and facility management systems is an asset.- Required physical demands: ex) must be able to lift over 30 lbs.-
- This role has a business requirement to work from Edmonton Regional Office.
