Head of Revenue Enablement

Novisto's Head of Revenue Enablement oversees 3 key functions within our/go-to-market (GTM) team: account development, sales enablement, and revenue operations. The immediate focus is taking on the strategic direction and management of the account development team and their pipeline generation function, but the mid-term vision will also include oversight of both revenue operations and sales enablement.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the growing team of Account Development Representatives, who are responsible for both inbound and outbound pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure our inbound campaigns are optimized and performing to their maximum.
- Oversee and manage the maintenance and optimization of Novisto's CRM and sales tools.
- Drive and implement the strategy around Sales Enablement at Novisto.
- Work with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop a strong strategy and roadmap for demand generation.
- Ensure the sales qualified opportunities pipeline is sufficient to meet company sales targets.
- Provide visibility over lead generation statistics, and overall ADR performance.

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a fast-paced Sales environment.
- Outstanding communication skills including both oral and written communication as well as active listening (Fluency in French is an asset).
- Excellent communication skills.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Self-driven, motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- The motivation, grit, and focus needed to develop a new market.
