Where We Are Seeing Openings We are seeking solid, self-directed Paralegals across all major legal areas. If you have experience supporting files in any of these groups, we should talk: Corporate & Commercial: Supporting M&A, Private Transactions, Securities filings, and General Business Law matters. Litigation: Areas of demand include Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Estate Litigation, Insurance Defence, Construction Litigation, and Dispute Resolution files, including drafting pleadings and managing discoveries. Real Estate: High-level support for Commercial Real Estate transactions, Development projects, and Finance closings. Labour & Employment: Assisting with advisory work, grievance procedures, and litigation support. Family Law: Supporting counsel in all aspects of Family Law, including separation agreements, divorce proceedings, and spousal/child support matters. Wills & Estates: Assisting with estate planning, probate applications, and complex estate administration. Specialty Areas: Technology and Intellectual Property. Your Experience You're not just supporting lawyers; you're driving files forward. We're looking for Paralegals who can work autonomously and bring significant value to a team. You have at least 2 years of focused paralegal or senior legal assistant experience in a BC law firm or in-house legal department. You are known for your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex legal processes. Relevant formal paralegal training or certification is a strong asset.
