Job Summary:
The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and selling our recruiting services. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in customer success, operational excellence, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Cold calling prospective customers to book introduction meetings, qualify accounts, and generate opportunities.
- Warm calling past customers to generate repeat business.
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas through effective account management and sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships by understanding their long-term needs.
- Deliver exceptional service by adhering to the Peak Process and ensuring all projects are delivered according to defined best practices.
Talent Assessment & Customer Success:
- Serve as an expert in assessing talent and understanding customers' needs to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
Operational Excellence:
- Generate predictable forecasts to aid in business planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure the CRM is enriched with proper updates and accurate notes.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work cross-functionally with recruiters and other team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Actively contribute to improving internal processes to ensure consistency and excellence.
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of in a sales, account management or customer success role, ideally selling services.
- Proven experience in an inside sales role making 250+ cold calls per week.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM, data and task management. Salesforce experience is a plus.
