Role Overview: Director of Sales We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead our Canada & U.S. growth strategy from our Vancouver/Toronto, ON office. You will own revenue generation, sales strategy, and team leadership, while playing a key role in shaping CTMS's expansion across major U.S. markets. This role requires exceptional drive, relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals in a fast-moving environment. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for remote work where appropriate. What You'll Do Lead and grow the Canada/U.S. sales organization, owning revenue targets and pipeline strategy Drive new business acquisition across key verticals: corporate travel, sports, entertainment, logistics, and events. Manage and expand strategic accounts with a high-touch, partnership-focused approach Deliver coaching, mentorship, and performance leadership to the sales team Build B2B sales playbooks, outreach scripts, training programs, and KPIs Conduct high-level negotiations and close enterprise-level contracts Collaborate closely with the COO on strategic planning and U.S. market growth Ensure a premium client experience and exceptional service delivery across all touchpoints What We're Looking For 5 years in Sales and Sales Leadership, ideally in corporate travel, hospitality, logistics, or related industries Proven ability to generate leads, close multi-six-figure deals, and exceed quota Strong experience leading and developing sales teams Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A strategic thinker with strong operational discipline Entrepreneurial mindset, competitive energy, and team-first leadership Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an asset) Travel management industry experience is a major advantage Why Join CTMS?
