Director of Sales
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead our Canada & U.S. growth strategy from our Vancouver/Toronto, ON office. You will own revenue generation, sales strategy, and team leadership, while playing a key role in shaping CTMS’s expansion across major U.S. markets. This role requires exceptional drive, relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals in a fast-moving environment.
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility for remote work where appropriate.

S. sales organization, owning revenue targets and pipeline strategy
Drive new business acquisition across key verticals: corporate travel, sports, entertainment, logistics, and events.
Manage and expand strategic accounts with a high-touch, partnership-focused approach
Deliver coaching, mentorship, and performance leadership to the sales team
Build B2B sales playbooks, outreach scripts, training programs, and KPIs
Collaborate closely with the COO on strategic planning and U.S. market growth
5+ years in Sales and Sales Leadership, ideally in corporate travel, hospitality, logistics, or related industries
Strong experience leading and developing sales teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an asset)
Travel management industry experience is a major advantage
