We are seeking a Market Sales Coordinator with experience in customer service and technology utilization. You will be part of a dynamic Sales Coordination team responsible for supporting customers in our online auction platform. You will be involved in capturing vehicle information, launching profiles, providing training, and maintaining client relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in customer service, technology, and attention to detail.
You will utilize our app and web-based tools effectively.
You will interact with customers, sales representatives, and clients professionally.
Visit dealerships to capture vehicle inventory and assess their condition.
Provide training and resolve technical issues for clients.
1-3 years of experience in delivering superior customer service.
~ Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
~ Familiarity with web and mobile technology.
~ Knowledge of the automotive industry.
