Our values guide everything we do: Trusted Partner • Do It Right • Do the Impossible • Team Player • Best in Class Position Summary The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and marketing support to keep the office running smoothly and ensure the business operations and marketing functions are organized, consistent, and efficient. This is an ideal role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, methodical , and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities 1. Support & Document Creation Create decks and documents using templates. Conduct light research on upcoming or current projects for content creation. Organize information, update data, and ensure document consistency. 2. Field Data Entry & Internal Support Transfer information from field forms into Monday.com and internal systems. Review submissions for completeness. Organize and categorize field data for Operations and Project teams. Support simple administrative tasks requested by the Field or Operations teams. 3. Office Administration Set up meeting rooms and prepare materials for internal meetings. Order food, supplies, and coordinate small office logistics. Monitor and organize incoming mail and packages. Support general office organization to keep the workplace tidy and efficient. Manage shared office resources and assist with vendor coordination as needed. Support Business Operations Manager with other projects & tasks. Systems & Tools Monday.com Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Suite AI tools Internal templates and workflows Other platforms (Scribe, Canva, Slack, etc.) Qualifications Flexible and adaptable while still being methodical. Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Proactive , dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow structured templates and processes.
