- 1-2 years of experience in a quantitative field
- Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related areas
- Strong skills in R, Python, and statistical analysis
- Experience with AI frameworks and big data technologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure
