Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly as a self-starter.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze and post Telecom Provider billsReconcile telecom inventory to invoices including identification of new inventory or changes in the monthly recurring servicesVerify bills for correct pricingTracking and resolving billing disputes/discrepancies with various carriers; present escalation issues, status reports and findings to managerResponsible for submitting tax exemption certificates with providersResponsible for resolving and closing out Ticket queuesInteracting closely with external carriers, internal operations, and Finance to address service and billing issues and improve operational procedures and controlsProcess specific Vendor payments and clearingPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS1-3 years experience in a financial settingProficiency in MS ExcelExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and complete work within required deadlinesKnowledge in SAP preferredAbility to work in a high-pressure environmentMust have strong interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, as well as within a team environmentCandidates from countries whose applications will be rejected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
