Payroll Administrator / Staffing Consultant HCR Personnel Solutions Inc., a leader in the Industrial Temporary Staffing industry, has an immediate opening for a Payroll Administrator / Staffing Consultant to work in our Etobicoke office. This could be the career opportunity you’ve been looking for Work Setting In-Person Shift Schedule Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5pm Responsibilities Staffing Consultant Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to provide complete customer service. Receive and review client staffing requirements; coordinate and manage employee schedules to meet client needs. Accurately enter all required data into the applicant tracking system (ATS) and necessary reports. Manage all aspects of employee’s work assignment by implementing policies and processes; communicating assignment details, absenteeism, performance management, time off requests, ending of assignments, etc. Establish strong relationships with clients and employees through effective communication and interpersonal skills. Payroll Administration Enter employee hours worked into the payroll system and process payroll on a weekly basis. Effectively resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure all employee hours are submitted accurately. Prepare and send weekly invoices to clients in a timely manner. Compile, verify, and maintain payroll records and reports for accuracy and compliance. Qualifications Minimum completion of Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary education in Human Resources is preferred. 1–2 years of industry experience, though a combination of relevant education and transferable skills will be considered. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll software. High attention to detail. Why Join?
