Job Overview The Manager, FP&A (Supply Chain) will lead financial support for the Procurement and Purchasing teams. Responsibilities include influencing business decisions that drive customer adoption, revenue, and profitability. The role performs financial planning and analysis, automating complex models and tools to measure financial performance, developing short- and long‑range forecasts, and standardizing financial reports. The manager will implement core financial processes such as annual operating plans, forecasts, P&Ls, monthly/quarterly reviews, identify financial risks and opportunities, and drive ad‑hoc business projects. Consolidation and reporting are also part of the role. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth monthly analysis and forecasting to drive key financial metrics and foster continuous optimization. Collaborate with the FP&A team and stakeholders across the company to provide analysis and insight, including profit‑opportunity projects. Support the FP&A Senior Manager/Director with future and post‑analysis for business decision‑making. Provide analytical support to procurement and purchasing teams, including rate/volume analysis and financial impact assessments. Work with Costing and Supply Chain Finance to assess COGS changes on future pricing for optimal pricing. Support sales in creating pricing for customer bids. Drive internal process improvements and automation to enable world‑class analytics. Lead financial close activities, ensuring margin and expense items are booked correctly and risks are mitigated. Create models, analysis, and presentations that distill complex topics into actionable information. Collaborate with inventory control management and logistics teams on financial analysis and support. Analyze business results monthly and quarterly to understand current and future financial performance and achieve profit targets. Prepare reports and analyses on budgets, forecasts, financial plans, month‑end reports, pricing, product profitability, new product, SG&A, and inventory. Assist the Senior Manager, Supply Chain FP&A with budget planning, forecasting, and other corporate financial requirements. Qualifications University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. 3+ years in finance roles, ideally in CPG or Supply Chain/Manufacturing. Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong financial modeling skills. Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, VB. Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Strong knowledge of accounting practices and regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Self‑starter with problem‑solving and project‑management skills. What's in it for you?
