Overview Arterra Wines Canada, a pioneer in the Canadian wine industry with 150 years of experience, is looking for a Finance Manager – FP&A to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis while managing SG&A and driving strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Develop KPI reporting to flag key issues and ensure alignment across finance teams. Lead month‑end close and monthly forecast processes, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to financial deadlines. Evaluate performance against financial targets and KPIs, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities with actionable recommendations. Play a pivotal role in the annual planning process, aligning and coordinating across finance, commercial, and operational teams. Drive connectivity in financial commentary building between various finance teams and cross‑functional teams. Provide end‑to‑end leadership for SG&A management processes, driving accountability and cost efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy and timeliness. Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of two direct reports to deliver excellent results. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting. CPA and/or MBA is an asset. 6‑8 years of progressive finance or accounting experience; CPG or beverage/alcohol experience is an asset. Proven experience partnering and influencing cross‑functional partners. Ability to deliver results through coaching and championing continuous improvement. Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills with comfort presenting to senior management. Proactive and ambitious mindset, willing to challenge the status quo. Strategic thinker with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Excellent planning, organizing, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
