Position Title:  Finance Manager, FP&A

Client Details:

The company is one of Canada's fastest growing Food Companies in the Vegan/Non Meat Sector. It's trusted legacy brand caters to a growing community of retail and restaurant consumers in search of Non-GMO, Wheat and Gluten-Free, Kosher, Halal and Organic vegan products. The firm's vision is to be the leading provider of Plant Based alternatives with a wide variety of great tasting vegan gourmet items.

Role Summary:

The Finance Manager, FP&A reports to CFO and will oversee the planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle in the business. The Manager, FP&A will work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to generate ROI on projects, product and customer profitability and develop 3-5 year plans.

Key Job Responsibilities:Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast modelsDevelop ROI for Sales, Marketing and Operations projects Develop customer and product profitability reportingCompetitor and market analysisPrepare annual 3-5 year plan Assist in ad hoc analysis for Sales, Marketing and OperationsPrepare Board package and materialsImprove financial decisions by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to managementAssist in preparing Quarterly and Annual MD&A for public reportingAssist in Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial ReportingMonitor cashflow forecasts to actualERP system utilization for budgeting and planningSpecial projects for CFO and CEOLocation:
Mississauga ( Close to Pearson Airport Corporate Business Area)

Salary Range:
Based on Experience

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or another relevant financial field Accounting designation required CPAStrong FP&A with financial modelling (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, budgets, forecasts)3-5  years in progressive FP&A rolesStrong FP&A acumen in a fast growing and fast pace environmentStrong Microsoft Office Suite experience including, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordERP experience requiredWorking in a publicly traded company an assetExperience with Microsoft Nav an assetExperience with JustFoods an assetExperience in CPG Food Industry an asset
