**Job Summary**:
The FP&A Manager will build out an infrastructure for proactive Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting and LT Planning, and to help guide fact-based decision making and the analysis of financial trends in the business.

**In this role you will be expected to**:

- Oversight of financial planning and analysis activities.
- Establishment and maintenance of effective budgeting, forecasting, and planning infrastructure.
- Collaboration with CFO and senior management in strategic planning and execution.
- Provision of insights to guide tactical and strategic decision-making.
- Direct management of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Analysis of financial data and creation of decision support financial models.
- Reporting on financial performance and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- An MBA, CFA, CPA or related designation is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or similar role, ideally for a min. of 5 years
- In-depth understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Previous experience in the food, restaurant or food service industries is a strong asset.
- Experience in ERP system implementations.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience creating reports and presentations.
- Strong leadership, team building and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Some experience in managing people.
- Analytical mind, strong with numbers, comfortable in packaging / presenting insights to all

levels and types of management
