The Studio Manager is accountable for the studio’s success: leading the team, managing schedules and payroll, overseeing sales performance, and ensuring smooth operations across all areas of the business. This role is best suited to someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and building success long-term. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Lead, and manage all studio staff (2-5 people) Hire and onboard new staff members Oversee time tracking and payroll Proactively manage studio operations Sales & Studio Performance Drive studio sales performance Manage bookings, events, and capacity Create strong customer experience Support strategic decisions and studio growth initiatives Operations Open and close the studio independently Collaborate with marketing team on content creation Manage inventory, supplies, and kiln firing Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking Store discount Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
