**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a hardworking, safety-conscious Seasonal Groundsperson to join our field crew during the remainder of our busy season. This role supports tree care operations from the ground—handling brush, preparing and maintaining tools and equipment, and assisting climbers and equipment operators on site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drag and chip brush and limbs during tree removal and pruning jobs
- Load and unload tools, gear, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work site
- Fuel and maintain saws, blowers, and other equipment
- Assist with site prep, traffic control, and general cleanup
- Communicate with crew and follow direction to ensure safe and efficient workflow
- Occasionally assist with planting and restoration projects

**Qualifications**:

- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and perform strenuous tasks
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
- Chainsaw certification is a strong asset - in-house chainsaw training by a certified instructor is provided if not already certified
- G license (clean driving record), required
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor work an asset
- Willingness to learn and follow safe work practices

**What We Offer**:
