Only Candidates authorized to work in Canada will be contacted.*__MaxSys Staffing & Consulting is looking for a __*Call Center Agent (Communications Agent) *__for our Nutrition based client__Salary offer is based on experience and education\*__*Skills/Experience Requirements:*_* _Minimum DEC and 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or a call center environment._* _B.Sc. or Registered Dietitian degree is an asset and will offer a higher pay rate_* _Bilingual oral & written._* _Excellent knowledge of computer software like MS Office (Word and Excel)._* _Speed is required for rapid data entry in the internal tracking system._* _Excellent interpersonal skills permitting effective interface within and external to Abbott._* _Developed sense of urgency_* _Ability to work efficiently on an individual and/or team basis.__*Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*_* _Provide adequate, accurate and timely products information on all Abbott Nutrition products to guide the client into a well-informed and rational decision about product selection or usage.
