We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about our transportation services.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
