Le coordonnateur en conformité corporative a pour mission de veiller à ce que nos produits et services respectent les normes et les réglementations les plus strictes en matière de sécurité de l'information, de protection des données personnelles et de qualité. Il doit également s'assurer que nous répondons aux attentes et aux besoins de nos clients dans ces domaines.

Le coordonnateur en conformité corporative travaille en collaboration avec les équipes de développement, de sécurité, de légal et de vente pour identifier, documenter et communiquer les exigences de conformité applicables à nos produits et services. Il participe à la mise en œuvre, au maintien et à l'amélioration continue de notre système de management de la sécurité de l'information (SMSI) basé sur la norme ISO-27001. Il contribue également à la préparation et au suivi des audits internes et externes liés à la conformité.

Votre rôle

  • Analyser les normes et les réglementations pertinentes pour nos produits et services, telles que SOC2, Fedramp, CMMC, etc.
  • Évaluer le niveau de conformité de nos produits et services par rapport à ces normes et réglementations, et identifier les écarts et les risques potentiels
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action pour assurer ou améliorer la conformité de nos produits et services
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation relative à la conformité, telle que les politiques, les procédures, les rapports, les attestations, etc.
  • Répondre aux demandes de nos clients, fournisseurs ou partenaires concernant la conformité de nos produits et services, et les accompagner dans leurs processus d'évaluation ou d'audit
  • Assurer une veille régulière sur les évolutions des normes et des réglementations, et anticiper les impacts sur nos produits et services
  • Participer à la sensibilisation et à la formation des employés sur les enjeux de la conformité

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en gestion, en droit ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Expérience de 3 ans ou plus dans un poste similaire ou dans un domaine lié à la sécurité de l'information, à la protection des données personnelles ou à la qualité
  • Bonne connaissance de la norme ISO-27001 et des standards SOC2, Fedramp, CMMC, etc.
  • Capacité à analyser, synthétiser et communiquer des informations complexes et techniques
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et orales en français et en anglais
  • Esprit d'équipe, de collaboration et de service à la clientèle
  • Sens de l'organisation, de la rigueur et de la gestion des priorités
  • Autonomie, initiative et capacité d'adaptation
