Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will oversee all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is critical to maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring our team remains engaged and productive. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure employee growth and alignment with company goals. Policy Development & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, oversee benefits administration, and manage payroll in collaboration with relevant departments. Termination Processes: Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role. Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
