As a member of our Toronto team, you will be working with and supporting the success of a talented and creative team, undertaking a range of administrative functions to help our team deliver excellence for clients. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for providing Human Resources and Office administrative support. This position has in-office responsibilities and as such there is a requirement to be in the Toronto office for a minimum of 4 days per week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Processing Canadian (ADP) and US (Paychex) payroll
- Employee record/document creation and management
- Employee onboarding management
- Benefits administration for Canada and USA
- Daily office maintenance, supplies management
- Managing the receiving and sending materials, making courier/shipping arrangements
- Liaising with equipment and office suppliers, and property management office as needed
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education, studies in Business Administration or Human Resource Management are preferred,
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work/office experience
- Previous exposure to payroll processing
- Customer-service orientation
- Proven attention to detail and administrative excellence
- Demonstrated accountability for time-bound responsibilities in a face-paced environment
- Positive problem solving approach to challenges
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Additional preferred key qualifications include:

- Genuine enthusiasm for museums, culture and the arts
- Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Arabic, would be an asset.
