About The OpportunityOn behalf of our client, we are seeking a Part‑Time Client Care Coordinator to work fully remote. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment supporting health professionals and clients with warmth and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesManaging schedules, appointment bookings, cancellations, and client communications using practice management softwareHandling direct billing through insurance platforms and maintaining accurate spreadsheets/recordsResponding to calls and emails professionally, resolving issues proactively to ensure seamless operationsSupporting team members with organized files, tools like Google Workspace and Slack, and quick problem‑solvingQualifications3+ years in administrative or office coordination roles, with customer service or client care experience (healthcare a strong asset)Tech‑savvy with comfort using multiple digital tools; familiarity with practice management software, Google Workspace, and Slack preferredHigh school diploma (post‑secondary in office administration an asset)Detail‑oriented, reliable, self‑motivated, professional, and able to multitask efficientlyJob DetailsThis is a part‑time, permanent position offering 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
