Company Description

We are currently hiring a **Full Time Client Care Coordinator** to work out of our **Ottawa **office.

Seniors for Seniors (a division of Spectrum Health Care) is a non-medical home care agency proudly serving seniors for over 30 years.

As an integral member of the Client Services team, the **Client Care Coordinator **is responsible for providing exemplary client centered support by acting as a liaison in assigning field employees to clients based on specific needs. The Coordinator is responsible for providing patient-focused support working closely with field and sales teams to meet client’s needs.

**Job Description**:

- Create positive first impression to telephone and web inquiries for service.
- Provide fast, accurate, pleasant and professional customer service to caregiving staff and clients over the telephone, while maintaining strict confidentiality according to Seniors for Seniors policies
- Engage clients in conversation regarding our service offerings - obtain information relating to health conditions of clients, special requirements such as hours, days of service, and category of staff required
- Facilitate the assignment and supervision of staff with client. Briefing the field employees on client details
- Manage all schedules and data pertaining to clients and caregivers
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company over the phone and out in the field doing B2B.
- Develop professional relationships with stakeholders who would recommend the services of Seniors for Seniors i.e., hospitals, healthcare professionals, retirement homes
- Commitment to the expansion and success of the business
- Conduct/complete in home client assessments and homecare service plans
- Working with Human Resources, interview, hire and onboard field employees
- Provide administrative support to the establishment of the office and business.
- Act as a problem solver for client and responds to all types of inquiries including employee assignments and billing questions

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a recognized post-secondary Office Administration certificate or customer service program preferred
- 2+ years related customer service experience
- Must have a valid G class driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Experience working in a health care environment an asset
- Must be available to work on-call on evenings and weekends as required
- Strong data entry and telephone techniques
