Midland offers a perfect blend of urban amenities and natural beauty nestled on the shores of Georgian Bay, making it an ideal place to work, grow, and belong.What You’ll DoLead full‑cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through offer acceptance.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies.Review applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.Orchestrate a seamless interview process, coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and extending offers.Ensure data integrity within our applicant tracking system.Support new hire documentation and help create welcoming onboarding experiences.Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and refining recruitment processes.Contribute to broader HR initiatives as needed.What You BringPost‑secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least five years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing environments.Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure.Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.CHRP designation or actively pursuing certification is an asset.Benefits and CompensationRaytheon ELCAN offers a competitive compensation package that includes an incentive program, benefits, and a pension plan. The salary range for this role is 65,000 CAD – 107,800 CAD. This estimate is a good‑faith representation of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
