Midland offers a perfect blend of urban amenities and natural beauty nestled on the shores of Georgian Bay, making it an ideal place to work, grow, and belong.What You’ll Do:Lead full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through offer acceptancePartner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and craft targeted recruitment strategiesReview applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirementsOrchestrate a seamless interview process, coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and extending offersEnsure data integrity within our applicant tracking systemSupport new hire documentation and help create welcoming onboarding experiencesDrive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and refining recruitment processesContribute to broader HR initiatives as needed What You Bring:Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least five years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing environmentsStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholdersExceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, even under pressureHands-on experience with applicant tracking systems Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPointCHRP designation or actively pursuing certification an asset The salary range for this role is 65,000 CAD - 107,800 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
