The Product Marketing Manager will define clear, differentiated messaging and positioning to communicate the value of Axonify through a deep understanding of our buyers, customers, jobs to be done, competitive landscape and Axonify’s product. Serving as both an internal and external subject matter expert, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will evangelize and enable all sales, marketing, and partner channels by equipping them with the right content, tools and knowledge to articulate the value of Axonify within target industries across all stages of the buyer’s journey. Partnering closely with the industry demand generation and content teams, you’ll guide, create and support content and thought leadership, with a keen focus on generating high-converting pipeline and ARR. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and Product Management to bring to market new features and products with proven experience leveraging NPI or similar go-to-market frameworks. The impact you'll have:
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Differentiate and elevate the Axonify solution with strong positioning and messaging that cuts through, as well as relevant customer stories
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver product-related assets and training to support the success of the Axonify BDR, marketing and sales team
  • Content Development and Demand Generation: Support our industry product marketing and programs teams to create and deliver product-related content (webinars, blogs, e-books, web content, customer stories, collateral etc.) to put our product into context for the people we serve, and increase Axonify's presence as a thought-leader within our target industries to support the buying process
  • Analysts and Awards: Work with industry and PR team to identify and engage with industry associations, analysts, influencers and media agencies, track and submit Axonify applications for product reviews and awards
  • Competitive and Market Intelligence: Lead Axonify’s competitive and market intelligence efforts in collaboration with Axonify’s strategy team to arm product, sales and marketing teams with the tools and insights to help Axonify continue to win in the market
  • Product Release Process: Lead the launch of new features and releases both internally and externally to the market
  • New Product Go-to-Market: Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, development, customer experience and the product management team to flawlessly bring new products to market
  • Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to direct reports, helping them grow and be successful in the product marketing role.
What you'll bring:
  • 10 years of software marketing experience ideally with a minimum of at least 2 years in a product marketing role
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing funnel and how businesses purchase software
  • Experience in the full-stack marketing mix including market/competitive assessment, content and digital marketing/demand generation, marketing/sales collateral development and more
  • Ability to both think strategically and roll up your sleeves and dig into the details
  • Results-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle the pace, shifting priorities and multiple demands in a rapidly growing company and dynamically changing market
  • Ability to influence and motivate people to take action at all levels and functions across the organization and beyond with customers, partners and analysts
  • Comfortable presenting to large audiences and delivering sales training sessions/webinars
  • A self-starter who provides creative solutions to business challenges. You're independent and take-charge while being a consummate team player
  • Thrives when working in a matrix environment, where colleagues need to be supported, driven, and influenced to deliver business growth through new initiatives
