A Unique Opportunity

Executive Business Coach – We are looking for an impactful advisor, facilitator, and work colleague to join our diverse team of professionals.

As a Trusted Advisor to our clients, the primary responsibility of this role is to guide our clients as they clarify their vision, establish a strategy, and execute their plans. You’ll teach them best practices for running a small to medium-sized business and coach them in their leadership development.

Experience

We welcome applicants with a variety of experiences, including but not limited to:

  • A minimum of 10 years of business experience in entrepreneurship or senior leadership in a mid to large size organization.
  • Experience in people management, including hiring, performance feedback, and development.
  • Experience with profit and loss accountability and converting top-line revenue to bottom-line income.
  • A proven track record of achieving extraordinary business results.
  • Experience in facilitating strategic and operational planning processes.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders.

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate key concepts effectively.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate clients towards achieving their vision.
  • Proficiency in facilitation, with the ability to plan, develop, and conduct effective meetings.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
  • Integrity and the courage to provide honest feedback.
  • Flexibility to shift between education, facilitation, and consultation as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Expectations

Client Engagement Work:

  • Deliver the Results Business Consultants Execution System, including weekly meetings, full-day planning sessions, ad-hoc client communication (phone, email), and participation in our marketing events program.
  • Ensure client files are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Be accountable for clients achieving measurable results through the implementation of the Results Business Consultants System.

Personal Development:

  • Attend education and learning sessions.
  • Stay informed by reading books and articles.

Business Growth:

  • Participate in internal team meetings to contribute to our strategic growth plan.
  • Support our events program for clients by attending and assisting with setup.

Time Commitment: 4-5 days per week with a full client roster. Business Execution Sessions with clients: 75%, Admin: 20%, Events: 5%.
