Marsh McLennan Companies is looking for skilled professionals to fill the role of Senior Consultant in Executive Compensation with expertise in the Oil & Gas sector.
In this role, you will assist Oil & Gas clients in crafting and implementing performance evaluation and reward frameworks that align with their strategic goals. Your work will involve collaborating with these firms to pinpoint the financial and human elements that contribute to value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating executive compensation strategies and frameworks that meet clients' needs for talent attraction and retention.
- Developing financial performance assessment and target-setting mechanisms to back these compensation frameworks.
- Leading, overseeing, and interpreting analyses conducted by the project team while creating and reviewing client deliverables.
- Serving as the primary consultant for various Compensation Committees, whether for management or board.
- Advising senior management on diverse remuneration matters, including pay competitiveness, performance evaluation, and governance implications.
- Offering insights on broader Human Capital challenges to C-suite executives.
- Cultivating new client relationships and maintaining robust connections with existing clients to drive revenue.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in Executive Compensation within a consulting environment or a large corporate setting in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proven ability to provide consulting services on broader Human Capital issues and market trends in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong business development acumen and the ability to identify sales opportunities.
- Regular interaction and advisory roles with board-level and C-suite executives.
- Accountability for all deliverables produced by the client team.
- Design of short-term and long-term incentive programs that align with clients' strategic goals.
Required Education:
- BA/BS degree.
- Experience in consulting with Oil & Gas firms on Executive Compensation matters.
