Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships to ensure long-term, trusted advisor status
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client needs and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client marketing and service delivery plans
  • Provide strategic level advice and solutions to clients to help them achieve their business goals
  • Manage IT capital expenditures and develop budgets with client stakeholders
  • Facilitate contract renewals, scope changes, rate increases, and any adjustments
  • Maintain accurate client records and track contract updates and renewals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
