This position offers an opportunity to actively contribute to the evolution of a passionate and innovative organization. Salary: $95,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Your role: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements. Analyze revenues, margins, and expenses. Calculate monthly product costs in the cost accounting system. Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations. Participate in the implementation of a new ERP software (Dynamics D365) and various digital transformation projects. Support the preparation of financial projections and their impact on cash flow. Analyze inventory variances. Participate in year-end closing and annual budgeting process. Work closely with the controller on various mandates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in administration or accounting sciences and CPA designation. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing. Advanced proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office environment. Knowledge of Dynamics D365 (an asset). Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, and rigor.
