Role: Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team. The company operates a large network of retail locations and a manufacturing facility, with ongoing growth driven by acquisition and operational excellence. The Senior Financial Analyst will support both manufacturing and retail business units, providing insights on sales, profitability, and performance metrics. This role offers broad exposure across the organization and the opportunity to contribute to continued business growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial performance for manufacturing and retail operations, including cost structures, inventory, and efficiency metrics. Review KPIs, identify variances, and provide recommendations to management. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages with commentary and analysis. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes. Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in audit, consulting, or financial analysis—preferably within manufacturing or retail environments. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced Excel capability required. Bilingual proficiency in French and English. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
