Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and the position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found We are seeking dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and implementing successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of an organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support organizational transformation initiatives. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy‑in. Develop and execute communication plans to effectively convey the vision, goals, and progress of change initiatives. Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders. Implementation and Execution: Lead the execution of change management plans, ensuring timely and effective implementation. Develop training and development programs to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to change. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives. Conduct post‑implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to sustain change and drive continuous improvement. Leadership and Mentoring: Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and share knowledge with the team. Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to enhance change management capabilities. Create customized training materials and resources to address specific organizational needs and ensure successful knowledge transfer. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field or combination of education and experience. Master’s degree or MBA an asset. Prosci Change Management Certification or other recognized certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within a consulting, utilities, IT, Oil & Gas, or in a HR environment. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large‑scale change initiatives. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (understanding the roles and responsibilities of various team members). Any formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications will be considered an asset. Experience working with diverse industries and understanding of different business models. What We Offer?
