Once a year, we encourage our people to explore the world by working from another office or remote location, then bring that experience back to the team.The OpportunityThinkingbox is in search of a Senior Integrated Producer to design, plan, organize, and execute integrated marketing projects and production. We’re looking for a pro with at least four years of hands-on experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across web platform design and development, animation, and content production. The ideal candidate will have proven experience producing complex web-based campaigns and enterprise-level websites, including work involving CMS, APIs, and a strong understanding of web UI/UX. You are extremely detail-oriented, strategically minded, and adept at analyzing opportunities, foreseeing challenges, and handling multiple projects concurrently.Note: The role requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.What You’ll Be DoingDrive digital, animation, and content projects from initial concept to delivery across multiple platformsApply creative and strategic thinking to projects in collaboration with your teamDevelop, document and manage project parameters including scope, schedule, budgetsManage, motivate, and ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders including teams of creatives, developers, vendors, suppliers and contractorsProactively communicate with clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges, solutions and closely manage expectationsMonitor budgets, establish project plans and processes to avoid scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issuesExperience scoping projects, productions and activations with $500k+ budgetsDeliver projects on time and within budgetManage live projects in the field including logistics, setup, trouble-shooting, problem solvingConstantly identify project risks, requirements, and opportunitiesWork collaboratively with other producers and support the MD/EP in various administrative tasks as neededWhat You’ll BringMin. 4 years of industry experience in a producer role working on web and animation projectsExcellent project management skillsProven experience producing complex web-based campaigns or enterprise-level websites, including projects involving CMS, APIs, and a solid understanding of web UI/UX.Ability to manage and communicate effectively with agency producers and client directStrong written and oral communication skillsExperience managing multiple people and projects in person and remotely is a mustAn understanding of web production design and development processAn understanding of the animation process and timeline planningProduction experience including video production, photoshootsStrong understanding of Excel and G-Suite (bidding, scheduling, etc)Remote team management with G-SuiteEqual OpportunityHere at Thinkingbox, we are committed to building an environment where our employees continuously feel included, valued and heard.
