Your work will help drive growth for our brand partners and our agency. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and creativity. You will have a strong background in leading creative, as well as account and client teams, through complex production workflows. You will also coordinate with the social, strategy and experiential teams to ensure cohesive, high impact content across all touchpoints. The Senior Producer will report to the Head of Production and lead a team of agency producers supporting various brand initiatives.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our creative, operations and client teams to ensure creative campaigns and strategies are brought to life on time and on budgetDevelop and implement production plans, act as the primary point of contact between agency teams and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and manage project budgets through bidding, production estimate creation and project reconciliationCultivate strong relationships with agency, client and vendor partnersProvide guidance and input to creative teams throughout the concepting and production phases ensuring all ideas presented are feasible and aligned with business goals and constraintsStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and creative best practicesLead, coach, and mentor associate producers to drive delivery excellence across portfoliosContribute to the evolution of delivery best practices, tools, and processes within the agencyQualifications7-10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and delivering complex projectsProven leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate and direct cross-functional teamsStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesDetail-oriented, strong initiative, self-organizing and highly skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsDeep working knowledge of production workflows, project management tools and production softwareProficient in MAC OS, Excel, Word, PowerPointAbout the Company and BenefitsOur commitment to Sustainability and Social Impact is an essential part of the way we do business, focusing on Environment, Sourcing and Community.
